Well these are my favorite sardines!! Usually 2$ each, on special for 4 for 5$ (1.25 $). Saw them tonight when I was working there. Ill take a pic of it tommorow as I cant find it on the woolworths website. Havnt seen them this cheap in ages!!!! Going to buy heaps!

Oh yeah, these sardines are chunkier. Personally, they're a bit salty. I like the tomato sauce one which's no longer available.

Anyway these taste so much better than the other sardines avaliable. More chunky and yea!

Personally i prefer the John West or King Oscar sardines for their nutritional content; Both have way higher (5x to 10x) omega 3 and 6 oil content than all other sardines (i am sure that includes the ones in this post too but will check that today when i do a final stock up on John West - bought about 25 so far using the special!). Today is the last day that woolies has the John West sardines on special at $2 each which is 25% off the usual price of $2.50.
This is a good price but Latvian sprats are superior IMHO to sardines.

Anyway I bought some of the John west one. They do contain more omega (around 3 times) but the santa maria are cheaper and taste awesome (IMO ) :D
Thou the john west arnt to bad if you dont mind spending extra..
