  • No way you will get those prices to Bali and KL in December.

  • +1

sydney to KL return about 500 bucks, not even a good sale, its usually that anyway

  • Are the prices listed in the OP one way? I couldn't find Bali for $179.

    • +1

      Yes, they are one-way fares.

    • +1

      yeah, one way :(

    Not return = not deal

Seems their matenance not upto the standards.
    Also aging fleet.

    • +2

Just blatantly false. The average age of the AirAsia X fleet is only 4.4 years. Compare that to other airlines… http://www.airfleets.net/ageflotte/AirAsia%20X.htm

      • -2

100% correct . The main issues = company culture ( cutting corners and indiscipline ) , training and pilots attitude .

    • Aging fleet does not equal bad… if so Singapore Air at 7.9 years would be considered much worse or Emirates at 6.4 years.

  • The question is how many of these fares are available (as it might only be a handful - which usually seems to be the case). I guess also I had a freind go to Bali and they flew airasia Via KL, and mentioned that airasia were still flying through volcanic ash conditions (as opposed to Jetstar and Virgin Australia who cancelled flights for safety). I'm not against Airasia, but I guess its things to considered for your own when travelling.
