that's a shame to hear. While I found the castle hill store only helpful to a certain level (like most computer stores) the guys at blacktown seemed to go the extra mile to help me out with my ram/motherboard compatibility

Been to the Villawood store a few times, and they are well over-priced when looking at MSY and Amazon deals. Additionally, the I've noticed a few lapses in knowledge when talking to staff. Went in to buy a modem router, and the salesman was insisting that I buy the ASUS model as it was "top of the line" - despite the fact that is was only a router, not a combination modem router as I had asked for.
On a separate occasion, a cartridge of printer ink we ordered arrived damaged and they wouldn't refund it as it was a "consumable". I understand the logic that a customer could use a product and then return it claiming it was faulty, but still. Spoke to manager multiple times before obtaining a refund.

Still don't trust this company, garbage service the few times I've actually been in there, staff have no clue what they're talking about and I don't even know why they've hired some of the girls they have, clearly just based on their looks and no actual PC knowledge.
