Doubtful - it's not an advertised price (don't think they'd accept a photo of the price to price beat it) and most price match/beat things say they have to be identical.

I drive a Ford Territory, it fit comfortably in the back.
It would be ok in any station wagon, SUV or ute. I doubt it would fit in a hatch, and definitely not in a sedan. I don't think you could get it in a back seat as it probably wouldn't fit through the car door.
The warranty is for however long you keep your membership going.
