Battlestar Galactica Complete Series Blu-Ray set is on today's Amazon UK deal of the day. $39.73 total according to the Amazon UK currency conversion price. Probably be slightly cheaper if you pay by the GBP price instead and let the credit card do the currency conversion.

      4 seasons so about $9.90 per season. There's also the 2 episode mini series in the set too.

      Technically the so called final season in this set is actually season 4 part 2 which is actually the second part of season 4 from the main tv series (also known as season 4.5). There are 4 seasons (season 1, season 2, season 3, season 4 parts 1 & 2) in the main tv series.

          Star Trek is top of my Sci-Fi list. Think of it this way: If you don't like it, no real biggie… but if you do, you have countless hours of entertainment to enjoy!

      The guy who developed the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica, Ronald D. Moore, contributed a lot of writing and producing for TNG, DS9 and some of Voyager.

        BSG is a very different show, though. I see it as closer to the cable era of dark, heavily serialized shows than Trek. Though I guess DS9 and Babylon 5 had some of that.

      Damn that's terribly slow must be going on an around the world sea mail trip. My latest and recent blu-ray box set order from Amazon UK through the cheapest standard delivery (Walking Dead Seasons 1-5) arrived in a week flat. And this was dispatched in late November this year.

      Delivery speed from Amazon UK is amazingly fast. Is the reason you pay a bit extra for shipping compared to Zavvi.
