      These days I tend to get microSD and use adapters if I want to put them in a regular SD card slot. More flexible overall - not sure if there's any performance difference.

    All PC stores here just use couriers, hence the crazy shipping costs. Plus covering their time to package it up and label for the courier.

In this case, the point which "jdas" made on the lower price point of $19 a few months back may not be relevant now. Hope you have found your way back from being lostn in the world of sarcasm :)
