In a non-scientific trial I found there was no difference in my digestion between WPC, WPI or Big Macs.
If WPI = WPC = Big Macs, then Big Macs is sure win… only $5 per meal
If your paying $5 per serve of WPI or WPC then you are getting bent over. ;)
Long time since I've had any wpc or wpi , but isn't wpc clumpy and hard to dissolve in the shaker?
I have a shaker that has a wire ball and have no problem with WPC (altho I use bulk nutrition).
That's why you mix it in your oats for brekkie!
This flavour smells great, but doesn't taste like much when you mix it up. Disappointed that I had bought a whole bag.
