Thought this was a sweet deal, lots of good games that have just released, asked them if it includes preorders (it does say everything) so will update soon.

thanks for that, should also mention that the more points you have the better it scales, 20 000 points equates to $26 off, 25 000 equates to $35 off for example, its a good deal if your a regular customer
Could you do two separate orders?
It might be a bit too early for some, but I just pre-ordered Ratchet & Clank PS4 for $58 delivered with $11.60 in Player Points. Thanks for the deal OP - I actually make this order yesterday but cancelled and redid today with the 20% bonus. :)
Your point can convert to voucher, but you CANNOT use any voucher together with any code.
You ends up have to pay higher price and shipping later when you try to use your player point. Don't fall into the trap !they always have free shipping if its over $50, or its $2 for anything under, dirt cheap.
Any chance of combining with using a player points voucher?
No. if you use voucher, you cannot apply the code. This is the way they trick you.
I have enough points for the $35 voucher now. I don't think it's worth spending to get to the $75 voucher so guess I'll just place my order. I don't like the whole minimum spend thing though!
Yeah agree on the minimum spend bracket, i usually use it on new release games or boxset blurays
points are being given with out the code tho ?
Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.
I bought a game from them a whilst ago, I realised I had ordered the wrong format, and cancelled within 10 min. They waited 2 days and still sent it, when I received it they said I should pay postage back to the UK even though I bought it in oz. I returned it to the return address on the package, unopened. They claimed this have not received it. The custom,et service has been nothing but shoddy and petty.
There is nothing like a disgruntled customer.
Its the company's fault you ordered the wrong thing? You had a bad experience with the postal service not the company, so many people are quick to judge a business when their product doesnt arrive. I've never had any issue whatsoever with them, and there online chat and email have been answered within 24 hours
Given they posted it 2 days after i cancelled, i would say they had time to not post it. I was then told bad luck, i had to wait to receive and post back, i was more annoyed by the attitude of the customer service.

Why does it matter where you bought it? The store is in the UK…

Did you pay for the delivery to be tracked? Otherwise there is no proof that you ever sent it (or that they received it). Don't blame OzGameShop if there was an error in transit, that is Australia Post's fault.
I bought in oz, i would expect to return to oz.
Yes i got burnt by not getting proof of postage, but considering it was returned to their Aus base, all i got was we don't care, theres nothing more we can do. I asked them if they had actually received anything to this address, they were not interested in my request at all.
The customer service was terrible from beginning to end, it only makes for a disgruntled customer.
I bought in oz, i would expect to return to oz.
I have no idea where you get that logic from, but that's just wrong. You bought something that was shipped from the UK, you should expect to return it to the UK if something goes wrong. Where in your experience have you bought something online from another country, and you could return it locally???
It doesn't matter where in the world you buy something, if you need to return an item, you need to return it to where the item came from.
I had asked them to either change the format or cancel within 10 min, i considered that reasonable request, but they didnt do that but then posted 2 days later, and expected me to foot the costs i felt this was unacceptable, i was then met with a "we don't care attitude"
Thats what started the whole thing. Would you buy from coles and then expect to return to the UK? Its ozgameshop not UKgameshop. In future i will order from the likes of amazon, who have far better customer service.

That is unfortunate. If OzGameShop don't do anything to resolve things for you then it is their loss that you won't be shopping with them again.
Would you buy from coles and then expect to return to the UK?
No…is there a Coles in the UK? I'd return what I bought from Coles to Coles. So you should return what you bought from OzGameShop to OzGameShop.
The name of a store sometimes has nothing to do with its location whatsoever…if you got confused by that then it's no one's fault but yours. A little bit of research before giving a company money can go a long way.

In future i will order from the likes of amazon, who have far better customer service.
In that case, here is a heads up. If you have to return something from Amazon, please don't return it to this Amazon or you might struggle to find any customer service.
Nice, The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Download $33.99 + $6.80 back in player points. There goes the holidays.
It just recently won a tonne of awards, so fun to play as well, game of the year for sure
It's only up to a maximum of 20,000 points ($20) - thought I should point that out…
