The 2nd edition of the WA Mountain Bike Guidebook is at the printers. Written in 2015 this book is over 250 pages with over 50 places to ride your bicycle. It covers Singletrack, Dirt Jumps, BMX, Pump and Rail Trails. It makes an amazing christmas present but as the author I'm somewhat biased. Available soon in all good bicycle shops in WA there is a discount at the moment for pre-orders that includes free shipping. Normally $34.95 currently $29.95. When the books arrive from the printers next weekend the deal will end.

  Bought one thanks. Already have a WA MTB trail guide but I'm interested to compare. Just an idea, it would be great to have the same maps in your book made available to store on your phone. Maybe create app for it? Not many of us can take the book out on the trail, but we all carry out phones out there. At the moment I just take photos of the trail maps with my phone before I leave the carpark.

  Yes the app side is on the list of possibilities to look at but I set myself the goal of putting the book out before doing some other things I've got on my to do list. Glad you have the original book and hope it has been well used. This 2nd edition has a bunch of new locations around the state and updated maps for the areas that have changed.

  OK can you give us a snap shot of one or two of the pages please.

  Couldn't see it on the website.

  If it's a good book, keen to get one and like that's it's for WA only, particularly interested for whats around the south west.

  Sorry unsure how to attach images but here are two samples from the first edition. The 2nd edition has the same format. Designed to be as easy to use as possible I wanted people to be able to get off a plane with this book and require no further information.
