Yeah no way dude. The cheapest I've seen genuine Dual Shock 3 controllers were around $55 from Game UK. Its now about 63 bucks.

This offer has been around since last December I think and has been listed a couple of times, once at $38 and once at $39… But it's still great that they have it and its still a great offer.
It goes away though - I missed it the last time around. Good to see it back - might have to snag one…

One of my controllers is doing that annoying thing where one of the thumbsticks is always pointing slightly up, should I just buy a new one and use that as a spare, or is there somewhere/way to easily fix this? Thoughts please people.

Dualshock are fake because they don't state sony and neither the pictures do.
Xbox state they're OEM, I don't believe it, but you never know, most of dealextreme and focal price products are fake.
Wii one is fake because it states 'for' instead of the brand at the start, being Nintendo.I think the DX Xbox controllers are genuine, but second hand. Take a look at the discussion at the bottom of the page. My one from GAMEs last sale definitely came with a serial number and energizer batteries.
Despite what the apologists would have you believe, a lot of DX and FP goods are just really accurate counterfeits.

34ish? I don't see the point of going through the grief of wondering if I've got a genuine controller or not. Its not a HUGE difference. It's 5 bucks and that 5 bucks buys you a crapload of peace of mind and a controller that'll probably arrive this week, instead of 10-20 days from now.
@ragflan: Scratch probably. With Game, it'll definitely arrive by Thursday, latest Friday if you purchased today. They always delivered my stuff through Express Post that arrived the very next day I got the order confirmation.
