I'm not saying these are of the same quality, but I bought a pair of their Brainwavz Deltas with the first pair coming in essentially dead on arrival, one side was continually cut off as the plug was shifted by a bump of the hand etc.
The second (replacement) pair came in with their customer service rep responding on the same day as the claim but again had issues: pause button rarely worked and the volume decrease button worked half the time or it would actually pause/unpause music with a massive delay - the replacement was essentially a set of earphones with only the increase volume button working 100%.
Asked for a refund and havn't gotten a reply in three days.
I bought the original pair from the deal on the 19th of last month, and actually used it for the first time on the 28th of Oct. Since then, I havn't actually had a usable pair of earphones of acceptable quality and I won't be buying from these guys again - shipping time I understand is out of their control (~1.5 weeks per order), but it's been such a hassle. I'd definitely recommend reading up reviews on headphones from them before purchase - not just the quality of sound but also quality of the build.
