I can get the same tyre for only $79.95 (Although have to pay freight).

But the deal is on wheel and tyre packages, not tyres alone. Are you sure your neg is fair?

Cheapie tyres, so not a great bargain. I think the suggested sizing, for the one vehicle I checked, is pretty badly wrong, too. The tyre size suggested for my car would make the speedo read 11% LESS than the speed I'm actually doing. That's a recipe for a license suspension, right there!
Even so, it's a decent deal. Just be careful with tyre sizing and don't trust the site without confirming the numbers yourself.

Waaaaayyyyyy overpriced for the packages. Also wrong size tyres in their packages (BA falcon requires 245 40 18, not 235 40). No name Chinese tyres, with exorbitant price to upgrade to decent rubber. No way is this a bargain
The 245 tyre will fit, look nicer, and increase rolling circumference by around 4%, less change than you can expect with normal wear and misinflation over the life of the tyre. The variation is immaterial.
It's more than being about circumference, comfort is increased as well as the load rating in most cases. There is a reason Ford doesn't list the 235 on the tyre placard. Also, Tyrepower 1 year, Bob Jane 2 years, World of Tyres 4 years 6 months. I think I'm qualified to make a more than immaterial comment thankyou.

For $1299 before discount on 17" packages and with no frill brand cheapie tyres, not really bargain at all ! won't risk my life on cheap tyres …
