I'm from Singapore, and personally hate the country so much due to many various reasons, so I would not buy this bundle to fund a country I dislike.

Yeah, what sort of 'first world' country is that when it has to rely on public donation to fund social services for its people. And this is an aussie website.

I know quite a few Singaporeans and I can't say any of them like their home country that much and jumped at the chance to become Australian citizens as soon as they could. Except for one guy I know who became a permanent resident instead. His dad works in the army over there (not conscripted), probably brainwashed the poor guy when he was young.

    • My main issues with Singapore are the corruption in politics (the political dynasty nespotism etc), the de-facto slavery (Filipino etc maids), and on a subjective level, they're too much of workaholics (I prefer Australia's laidback culture).

I do like their obsession with public cleanliness though and I think harsh punishments on gum chewers is a small price to pay for the privilege of not accidentally stepping on gum or acidentally touching gum when your hand passes under a table.

      • +1

I don't really think it's about the nepotism or the corruption (if anything, it's the most rule-abiding country in the world in my opinion).
Instead, I hate the people. The people have created a society where there is no such thing as 'freedom of speech'. Akin to a hive mind, the people there are nose-led to believe that they are working for the benefit of society and that their leaders are gracious people who only seek to help society grow.
In my opinion it is this attitude that crushes them as a whole. A prime example would be the gaming industry, where many are not allowed to flourish just because 'gaming' has to be a past time activity and not an occupation.
That very society is shackled by beliefs of the older generation that will not die in the foreseeable future as their children also pick up the same values, and more so the children of politicians who succeed their parents.

In response to public cleanliness, I think the punishment is uncalled for. VERY uncalled for. Morals such as cleanliness and kindness are taught, not enforced. I do not believe in measures that curb activities like these, instead, encourage activities that educate the general public. After all, it is the public who suffers if they decide to litter, paying the price of decreasing tourism and hygiene issues as 'punishment'.

  • Note that it is actually $1 US minimum, despite 'Pay what you want' on the site.

    • +3

$1 minimum only if you want keys.

If you really wanted to you could pay 1c.

This would give you 2 x Android games, DRM free copies of Cubetractor for Win/Mac and 2 soundtracks.

  • Autumn dynasty is tempting.

Other than that, the games are crap or overpriced.
