I think that OP just entered the wrong dates, 10/1 instead of 17/1, as Escape Academy is next week's game, not another free game for tomorrow. From a search:

It was fun until they started adding a timer to the levels. “Oh, I’m running out of time, I guess I’ll just have to do it all over again.” No thanks.
When the timer expires it gives you an extension, you just get a slightly lower mark for the challenge.
I appreciate your reply, but it ruins the game. I don’t want to play with a nag in the corner of the screen. It’s like playing the game with HR watching. It’s just not fun. I don’t care about score, I just want to play the game in my own time.
@CascadeHush: Karen the HR manager would like to see you concerning your performance review, you can bring a union industrial assistance officer as a support person to the meeting
Its a pretty good escape/puzzle game imo, played it a while back and had fun with it.
Fun escape room, couch coop available. Would recommend.
Very underrated game, one of best coop games imo

It's okay, but I like Escape Simulator way better. The DLC is also really cool

This is just today leaving GamePass. Played it over the last couple of weeks in coop two player mode with one of my kids. Great fun.
