What happens at the end of the month, to people who subscribed to the 1 month free priority membership?

Do they revert to regular membership or are they automatically billed the ~$90 a month?

    • Hi, they are just reverted back to regular members automatically, there is no obligation and we do not ask for credit card details at all, unless you wish to purchase something from a sale of course.

      • Thank you for confirming that, so quickly :)

        • please advise on my question above? what about current members

  • Hi, how can I contact ozsale.com.au? My contact on their website got ignored, their email address was full. Phone was not answered.
I paid for my order on 5/2/2010, am still waiting for it. Although it said it was dispatched on 8/3/2010, more than a month late, is still in Sydney lodgement.
I asked on their website, no one answered my question. Can someone from ozsale help?

    • You could also try talking with Consumer Affairs in NSW. There should be a customer enquiries / complaint page.

You don't have to do anything that they suggest, but it'll let you know of more options that you can follow up on.
