So are there any other eligibility criteria, requirements or exemptions ?
well usually if you have any thing higher than a certificate IV you can't get funding for this.
So that's big exemption they missed

just last month there was a similar deal posted, I jumped on it and im doing the course in bookkeeping and financial advisery free of charge(so far). So I think this could be a legit deal. I think its funded by government initiative/taxpayer money.
would love to take part, but as other said, cant find the courses listed at all. doubting its nationally accredited
