The Offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who provide an Australian postal address and comply with the requirements of these Terms of Offer. Employees of Nestlé Australia Ltd, any company associated with Nespresso,any company actiong as a service provider for Nespresso and the employee's immediate families are ineligible to claim this Offer.
Nespresso machines participating in this Offer are for the following product ranges: Essenza, Inissia, Umilk, Usolo, Pixie, CitiZ single, Citiz&milk, Lattissima, Maestria and KitchenAid (“Participating Product”). A Participating Product does not include Nespresso Business Solution machines.
The Offer is not valid on commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds or similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion.
Retailers participating in this Offer are retailers who sell Participating Products and operate from shop fronts in Australia (including both the shop front and any online store operated by such retailers or their subsidiaries) (“Participating Retailer”). A Participating Retailer does not include:
a retailer which only operates online stores with no shop fronts;
The Nespresso Club (whether online at www.nespresso.com or via phone 1800623 033); or
Nespresso Boutiques.
To claim the Offer:
Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer between 12.01am AEDST Monday 2 November 2015 and 11.59pm AEDST on Sunday 10 January 2016 (lay-bys not paid in full by 10 January 2016 are excluded from the Offer);
Redeem the Offer online by visiting www.nespressopromotion.com.au by following the prompts;
The claim process must be completed no later than 11.59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) on Tuesday 26 January 2016.
These Offers are not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount.
One claim per Participating Product is permitted, and up to a maximum of five claims per customer and/or per household.
Nespresso reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Proof of purchase documentation must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the price paid and the date of the purchase. Claim details that are illegible or incomplete will be considered void.
This Offer is not redeemable in-store (unless otherwise communicated by Nespresso).
The Offer is for either a $50 cash-back, $70 cash-back or $100 cash-back (depending on the Participating Product purchased as set out below), which will be delivered by Electric Fund Transfer (“EFT”) paid into a valid Australian bank account of which details were provided online or on the redemption form. The value of the cash-back will be as follows:
A purchase from the Nespresso Essenza, Inissia, UMilk, USolo and CitiZ single machine ranges will entitle the claimant to an EFT for $50 and
A purchase from the Nespresso Pixie and CitiZ&milk machine ranges will entitle the claimant to an EFT for $70; and
A purchase from the Nespresso Lattissima, Maestria and KitchenAid machine ranges will entitle the claimant to an EFT for $100.
Cash-Back will be delivered in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer ("EFT") into the claimant’s nominated Australian bank account. Successful claimants should allow 10 days from when their claim being validated and processed to receive the money in their bank account.
Nespresso reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Participating Product is returned to the point of sale.
