Looks good until i read reviews about horizon express.
Why lego make newer stuffs less complex but more expensive? Look no more taj mahal. And the pirate ship, Apollo, etc not as good as before.
With TV for example we get better technology nowadays with cheaper prices.The Horizon Express is a Creator Expert set intended for older kids and adults, add the cost of track and the motor kit and it's like 3 times the price of this. Of course it's going to be fancier.

I had a look at the other deals and they weren't as good as this one. Even the cargo train 60052 doesn't work out that much cheaper than the cheapest prices I've seen.
I am sorely tempted to get the 60051 train it, it's a good base for a complete conversion of my old 12v Lego train system which doesn't work anymore. This is quite an awesome deal.
Got it for $141 AU delivered to Perth with 28 Degrees Card and GBP currency selected. RRP on Lego site, Myer etc was $229, Kmart had it for RRP $199 and a couple of times on special for $159.
LEGO City 60052: Cargo Train $230 AUD Delivered. Best price here was on ebay for $255. Not quite the best price, but usually in most stores $300 or $280. Might get it at $224 AUD from a $280 shop if a 20% discount was offered. So not the best of price, but still pretty good.
