    With the PLA hackers and all these free Engrish software I'd want to see the malware and spyware test results of these programs first

          Oh, there are many platform, you can get it like baixaki, WindowsDeal, BitsDuJour and etc, you can rely on them anyway.

        Thanks for the quick response. Somehow restarting the program and trying to to replicate the issue didn't replicate any errors. I'll keep going at it. Will contact support if I encounter any other issues.
