As best I can tell I don't think there is a way to tell which watches will be $7.99 and which will be $10.99 before applying the code, but things like a leather band or the watch being stainless steel means the watch will fall in the $10.99 category. I cannot comment on quality, however there are plenty reviews on the site if you go into the individual watch/item you're looking at and click 'reviews'.

Please note: When you're customizing your watch you will only have basic options unless you click 'Advanced Silverlight Designer'. You will need Microsoft Silverlight installed to use this editor.
If you're having trouble with the editor to customize your watch, please follow these instructions:
1. After clicking the link you will be presented with a range of different watches. Click the one you'd like to customize.
2. There should be a box on this page that says 'create it'. Click that.
3. This page allows you to upload an image, add text, whatever you want. When you've done whatever you want add this stamp to your cart.
4. When you're in your cart click 'proceed to checkout'.
5. When you're on this page look for a box on the right where you enter 'Coupon/Gift Certificate Code'. Enter the code 'WRISTIT' in there and hit apply.
6. The prices should then update and you can go through and pay.

Cowcow seem to be Artscow. They have same stock of watches. I bought a personalized watch from artscow (the metal squarish one with black leather band). The printing of the design is very good. The quality of the watch is very good. The leather band is fine - not awesome but not crap - it's an inexpensive band. Overall I'd recommend them. I paid the same amount for my watch.
