The base game itself was free but I believe the additional packs were paid content. Unfortunately it's been awhile since I checked so I can't confirm the actual saving
If you made any purchase on or after July 28, 2015, you are entitled to a refund. Anything before that date, you miss out.

It usually automatically switches you to the AU site when you go to purchase

It defaults to whatever your xbox live account is. Do you perhaps have a US account?

Does anyone know the total size of the base + DLC? Still cant figure out how to read game size on xb1… Would be correct to say its 3.3GB or is that just the base? Cheers
