Robert Burns Hotel in Collingwood, VIC is doing half price paellas every Monday in October and free movie screenings plus free pintxos every Tuesday in October. The food here is great, authentic Spanish flavours. The paellas are normally $20 - $26.
If anyone wants to see if their Udemy spanish courses have been effective, the free Spanish movie screening might be useful, and the free pintxos are an added bonus.

I believe owners have changed since then and from what I heard, quality went down. In saying that, that was about 5 years ago so things still may have changed.
So now we need someone to post whose been there within the last year…
I was there a few months ago and really enjoyed the meal. I'm no expert on paella but 6 of us ate, and no-one complained.
Apparently they knock off another $5 if you pronounce it pay-ell-a.
Their paellas may have been great 10 years ago but the one we had earlier this year was nothing special.
Small serving too.

Yeah, I went for the squid ink paella. It was quite tasty but might be a bit small if you don't order any starters etc. Across the 3 of us, we were probably 2.5 full and 1 starter/dessert would've covered it (but being ozbargainers, we just had dessert at home). The paella came with 6 scallops and 4 pieces of squid on top of the rice, would've been nice to have more. Not worth full price, but at half price it was ok.
They do great paellas… At least, they did when I last went there about 10 years ago…
