I just picked up a WD Elements 2.5" Hdd from Harvey Normans for $48.
Thought it was note worthy.
Pic is wrong i.e it is an Elements not a My Passport but hey for the price.
Just what i need to store my Wii Games.

Apparently for $69.88.
are you sure it works with wii usb launchers? It's not on the list. http://74.125.153.132/search?q=cache:-todEwCuIMkJ:wiki.gbate…
What's a wii usb launcher?
As I have mentioned before, all WD drives work with softmodded Wiis. Seagate drives are the ones that people have the most problems with due to the spindown issue, although there are firmware fixes online now.
Itsross, Wii USB launchers are used to run Wii games directly off USB harddrives. Plenty of guides out there on how to do it. Not here cos it's illegal :P
Thanks, I'l google into it.
and put it in the forum , if thats allowed :)
Wow I just did it! This made my day! Thanks a lot.
Wii test and let you know if it works on the wii
i Like my chances since they are the same parts as the 320gb
Thanks for this one, just went to the local Harvey and got one they are marked as $78.95 but scan up as $48.00 :)
Just bought two of these up at Harvey Ballarat for $46 each, $2 less. Plus they are giving a free 1gig USB drive with them, since they were out of 1gig, they were giving away 2gig.
good price but you can get a 320Gb for $74 (only $26 more - gives you double )
