    Not sure about the ebay ones but I've been using the leather nato straps from these guys for the last couple of years. My day to day one lasted about two years before I replaced it with another one.

      Thanks for the info, but I meant the nylon style ones.

        I've got a few of the nylon ones as well, hard to compare quality but I'd say the ebay ones "look" cheaper. Whether that justifies the 4x price I'm not sure.

        You have also got to factor the possibility of them breaking on you. A tear or snap in one of the buckles will result in your watch falling to the floor and possibly getting damaged. I bought a second hand Junkers watch for $350, i wouldn't be putting a $2 strap on it. If you have a daily wear Timex then sure.

    Choice is greater, hardware is more varied and better quality, also different thicknesses can be chosen. These are good quality straps overall, however I think the quality of the perlon strap buckles look weak and feel cheap. My purchases have always been fast and matched the online description.
