There has been a lot of talk about powerboards so I don't know if this will be seen as a good option or not. I really like the form factor and am looking for comments on safety etc.

Are ALL 4 USB ports 2.1A simultaneously ?
It doesn't do 4 x 2.1A. 2.1A is the total, so ok for overnight, may be.

Damn I wish I'd seen that yesterday… Just got two powerboards with usb this morning. The quality on those looks really nice, and that listing says au plug too.
I wonder how long the cable is? 1.9 or 2m would be good - 1m too short for me.
Yep it says AU plug but is it Aus approved/certified? And how much does that matter?
China use the same type i power plug as Australia so this is hardly surprising. You can see it is designed for the Chinese market because it supports other plug types.

There are so many of that type of powerboard to choose from. Do you know of any better deals on this form factor?
Thanks mate but, I've looked at those. They are different again. You have to rest on one of the chargers or plugs if you use all the outlets at once and that one is not USB as well?
be careful when buying off aliexpress (obviously). tried to source a xiaomi power bank, listed as genuine and authentic but when asked, they said it's a class 1 copy. grr..
