    I went to this last year. It is mainly around baking supplies rather than purchasing cakes. There was a small number of stands that sold pies/cakes etc but most of it was appliances, baking pans, cake decoration supplies etc. Just a heads up for the eaters rather than creators. If you are into baking it is a good show to go to.
