Damn you I bought this last year!
Just make if you get more than one box to assemble them far apart enough so you can get a lawn mower between the two boxes. We didn't, filled it, and for three years I have cursed my missus for wanting a garden bed when I've done the mowing.
my mum has been nagging me to build her a gardening bed, im just gonna get a few of these to shut her up
How many do you need to fit her in?
Don't know about the vegetables, but if you have kids and you want them to eat fruit then invest in a few varieties of fruit trees. Growing up we had apricot, Blood plum, peaches, almonds, etc and we picked it straight off the tree; it was terrific.
I don't know why but cherry tomatoes you grow yourself actually taste a lot better than the shop bought stuff.
I am curious as to what they're coated with. FWIW, i use untreated red gum sleepers for my raised garden beds, not cheap but no worries either.
