I asked them the same thing but they said they also have the normal version which is same price as limited special version. But I'm sure they will price match the special one for same price.

Thats what they told me, twice (brisbane albert st). I placed the preorder this morning but they cant do the pricematch until release.
Did you get it in writing? Because I have been burned by EB before.

To be honest all the extra stuff is just junk I dont want. I orginially called them because I didnt want the bundle and asked them if they also have the standard as it isnt listed on the EB website. Im more than happy with the standard and if they wont give me that Ill take my money and walk 50m into bigw/target :-PIm pretty good at making a scene HAHA!!
Thanks britta, i didn't realize the 30% bonus trade stacks with your world bonus. No wonder the trade-in I did yesterday was higher than expected. Fantastic information for a pre-ordered ps4 I am getting.

I have pre-ordered the Ripper edition at Jb Hi Fi with the 3D blu ray on JB for 99. I was going to buy both items anyway, and the reason I opted for JB over EB was because they're offering the 3D blu ray, while EB only offers the standard blu ray. It's the cheapest I could find with both items together, and buying separately it costs more too.
Did u price match this with jb?

Eb definitely won't price match the special edition copy. I've called at least 10 stores in Melbourne and all said the same thing.
Only price match same copyI just bought this on Target online using my $20 I redeemed from flybuys. So it's $49 :)

I asked about a standard version, they said this is all they have and they would pricematch Target at $69. I confirmed this on the phone yesterday and reconfirmed instore this morning
FYI if you trade 3 or more games in at EB towards a preorder you get 30% bonus trade value which stacks on the EBWorld bonus which makes the trade values on some titles reasonable.
