Not misleading at all, just your expectation wasn't met.
That wasn't the issue - it was the participating restaurants omission. Also, up to implies that some discount will be available from someone. Failure to have what you're advertising (without exceptions) is bait advertising.
So there's no way to see on the page that lists the restaurants which ones are doing it though right, you have to open the menu page for each? there's like hundreds that deliver to me (lucky I know) but make this quite a pain!

Half of the restaurants listed are closed.
Only a few of them have 10-20% off.
Only one store has 40% off, and applying the code doesn't even work.
Found one 50% off restaurant in my area. the offer for this restaurant clearly states that it is for ALL customers. However when I try to apply the coupon I get "this coupon cannot be redeemed". So it appears that Delivery Hero are applying 'new customer' validation on all codes. Fail!
Horay 45% off. Code still works for me despite being a return customer. You guys should try to see if it works for your favoured food joint even if it says 'new customers only'.
Well I bought from the new store Santos Pizza Doveton which has no reviews..it was 40% off not 50% off, so im little worried what this is gonna be like as ''no reviews'' is it bad to buy from a new store from here? ah time will tell I guess.. nothing against the OP only delivery hero for false ad and misleading people
Update: so my order is late.
just got my order, omg its so soaky…. its like they have been driving around and got lost or something and its gone all gross. but its well seasoned pizza. to bad its soaky or it would of been the best. also was 2 mins late.

Said they would take 75 minutes and they did but I got free drinks for the inconvenience!!
Stuff this. Ordered using eatnow with 15% off coupon. Was then given a free $10 off coupon to use on my next order using the eatnow app.
+1 due to the deal. DH chase business far more than the weaker deals from Menulog and EatNow and I now order from DH a lot more.

17 restaurants in my area of Canberra. 3 offering discounts. 20% discount on each store. I wish I had known about the symbol on the store selection page before opening each restaurant, adding the minimum to the cart and proceeding to checkout to confirm no code prompt was going to appear. The first stores to offer the discount were below the start of the scrolling threshold.

My bill was for about 68.40, then discount of 30.78 applied resulting in final figure of 37.62.
The items are a bit expensive but kinda worth it after a good discount. Hopefully atleast some people get something out of this.
This deal is all sorts of suss. The email they sent out has no mention of participating outlets and then when you realise that's the case and look, the number is so low and has the added potential to be for new customers only.
In my area, there's only one participant and new customers only. Well, that's useless.
