Is this the same as the one on their Facebook which doesn't mention anything about 5pm, just that it expires at 10pm? The code is unique to each store and is displayed in thier basket (example). To be honest though, I couldn't find a single store that had a 50% off code valid to my postcode in Brisbane.

Should read up to half price off. So the discount may be significantly less!
Presume that means it's up to 50% off the food price (depending on the store), and some stores charge a delivery fee and that would still apply.

$22 for a large crispy chicken, large special fried rice and a 2L drink.
Or I could go down the street and buy a roast chook for $8, make my own rice for 50c and buy a bottle of drink for $1… hell, I could even buy chicken pieces for about $2.50 a kg and cook them myself. So dinner for $5 or delivered for $22…

living near north sydney is lucky, there are lots of places that are good quality around. i couldnt make a pizza or thai as well as these guys

Treat this as spam guys. I heard back from DH, there is one 50% off and it is closed today. The rest have their normal discounts for first time users, thats it.

For example, my local Thai place has a 10% off for first time users (which is still active) as well as a 20% off (as part of this special)
@Jayphen: There are 68 food joints in North Sydney, on the app none are offering more than 20% except for one at 40% and it states that they are all for first time users. Perhaps this will change come 5pm?

In Chippendale I've found 9 with 30% discount, 5 with 40%, 1 with 45%. No 50% though. They all say they're first order discounts, but I can't test at the moment because the coupon says it's "outdated", presumably because it isn't live yet

@clarky: What a terrible error message. They could say "This coupon code is not yet active." Will never use this site at full price.

Just filtered for deals first, then ordered, and added promo code Tuesday40 before paying. Need to pay online. Just checked, it's still available.
Just tried again, even as an existing customer and I still got the 40% discount before checkout. No, I didn't re-order LOL
I ordered using the coupon and at the end it said there was an issue with my payment.
I tried again but couldn't apply the coupon, so I called DH and they told me they'd refund me the amount of the coupon (would give me a call back to confirm).
I tried 2 other cards and both had the same issue.
I finally tried express order with PayPal and it worked.
Seems to be a problem with their checkout…
They just called me back and refunded me the 45% off.
They also confirmed that there seems to be an issue with the checkout due to the volume of orders at the moment

From what I can see 3 restaurants that used to give a 10% discount (Cherrybrook) now are 20%. I'm guessing those that are 40% used to be 20% and a rare few weeks 25%, giving DH the up to 50% off. And that's if the restaurant could be bothered.
