With regards to mouthguards, as long as you don't spend a lot of money on a fancy one with fancy gel lines through them, then you should be fine.
Exhibit A is a waste of money.
This one would be fine, I think it's what I've got or at least very similar.
The most important thing with mouthguards is that you fit them properly, read and follw the instructions.
You need to make sure they're moulded to fit your teeth well, and if needed, trim off excess rubber towards the back and top so it can stay in.
My first mouthguard fitted my teeth well, but I didn't trim it down so it was uncomfortable and fell out easily, I also spent too much as I got one with blue gel for extra comfort bla bla bla.
The second mouthguard I got, I fitted it 2 or 3 times to get it right. Cut it shorter at the back and some off the top. It fits like a glove.
IDK anything about boxing shoes.
Fair enough, I do want something with holes/cutouts to aid breathing though. Will probably go the Nike one. Cheers for the fitting tips as well.

I revisited the site. Managed to buy 3 pairs of shoes + a pair of socks plus only $9.95 shipping. 4 pairs of shoes become $19.95 standard delivery 10-12 days, don't know why. Good deal on kids shoes and runners,
