It will run off solar power if you have panels on your roof, and a suitable inverter

I think it's a mistake in the title. 20W is pretty high for a solar light. It looks like it's just a 240V PAR38 sensor fitting with two LED bulbs included.
Yes. You are right. I think it is the same as $29.90 Bunnings Arlec Sensor Security Light with Twin LED PAR38 Bulbs just different brand. The Arlec one is limited stock but this this one is on sale store wide
