10% OFF on Surface Pro 3 Tables
What about matching chairs ?
Full price. That's how they get you.
I used the old Surface Tables a few times. They were about 40 inch screens. It think Microsoft calls them pixelsense now.
My local Harvey had a Samsung SUR40 PixelSense table for a short while. Not sure why they stopped having it. It was used to design photo albums.
Note the Microsoft store has a 10% surface/accessories discount year round for students and for the next four days includes a free type cover (value $179) and free express shipping. Not sure if JB will match or not.
Assuming you want a Core i5 with 128GB storage Pro 3:
Via JB Hifi
Surface Pro 3 i5 128GB JB Hifi Price $1258.20 + $179.99 (Type Cover) = 1438.19
Via Microsoft, regular price (non student)
$1,399 + $0 (free type cover = $1399
looks like the microsoft deal is superior, if you want to buy both the SP and type cover (which is pretty much a no brainer purchase).
Whilst I haven't seen them pushing it on the site with the usual banner ads etc, Harvey Norman is cheaper than JB at $1,224 and thus only $4 more than the MS deal. Worth it for instant gratification?

Ahh hopefully this means SP4 is around the corner. Any day now :)
Two more months.
wonder if they come with win10. i've had a few really annoying dramas with my SP3 since 10 upgrade. battery life (think due to sleep behaviour) primarily
The default setting for sleep in 10 is to leave wifi connected. Turn that off and see if it helps.
great thanks mate.
Save your money and wait for surface 4 coming in few weeks time.
Cancel your order if you placed one. See http://www.techtimes.com/articles/75973/20150812/microsoft-s…
SP3 price will drop even further by then.
Price drop is > 10%.. assuming currency exchange is taken account on SPro3 already. Otherwise you might be in for a shock.
If you must have an SPro3, at least buy it on a 28 degrees card with price protection.
A table that small isn't going to be very useful!
