    they made a mistake on the memory stick deal, which i would forgive if they had advised me and offered to cancel my order, but they didnt.

    Instead they took my cash and sent out half of what I had expected when they knew I would have been expecting two memory sticks (they updated their advert after I and others had ordered) - I guess they just hoped I would cop it sweet or not bother complaining.

    So now I would like a few other people to know what they are dealing with at topbuy before they purchase from them and dont get what they paid for.

    This is a mistake. You actually get a lump of coal instead from Topbuy. Classic Bait and Switch.

    Still annoyed at my lack of buy 1 get 1 free usb :)

      Welcome aboard and I'm sure we all hope this will be the first of many more posts.

      TopBuy.com is on the nose with many OzBargainers because of a past indiscretion or two.

      The deal itself may be OK but Target are selling a Rank Arena full HD set for $799 on Boxing day (of course without a delivery fee), according to our colleagues & very good friends on Whirlpool:

    sorry.. nothing against the deal its just as others have mentioned, topbuy still has a bitter taste in some of our mouths that we havent got over

      They're not that bad. If they were, they'd already be banned. Don't take any comments or votes personally - it's about getting across peoples opinions on the deal, not their opinions on the poster.

      Some people don't like top buy because of a bit of bad service. But let's face it, when you're getting gear at near and occasionally below cost you're going to lose out on service sometimes.

    I have just bought the 101cm Rank Arena $799 today and want to wall mount it. Only thing is I can not find any instructions on removing the base fro wall mounting. Anyone know how to do this>
