    So these aren't IEM's? Do you have to have a proper seal to get half decent sound by jamming them halfway down your ear canal? I have issues with those kinds of headphones when using them at the gym.

        edit: I contacted them and they told me to contact them if my item hasn't been received by October 10 - the same day that the dispute resolution option in PayPal expires.

    ordered mine since 6th Aug, got shipping notification on the 19th Aug. nothing after that, customer service said wait until 19th Sept, if still no arrive, then file RMA

    They're really wanting me to close the PayPal dispute.

    Ordered 10 Aug, shipping notification 19 Aug, received today 23 Sep. That's a long wait (32 business days from order and 25 business days from shipping notification) and I was getting nervous. Still charging them so not tested yet.
