Becuase it's the best gaming wheel money can buy for the ps3 and pc?
I'm guessing you've never had the chance to play GT5, NFS Shift, Dirt 2, etc
I drive in real life and I can tell you gt5 on ps3 with full clutch support is almost like real driving.
Why spend the money you say? Becuase in real life I can't speed compared to a game simulator, unless I go to a racing track :P

GT5 has NOT been released as yet, or am I missing something???
It is slated for March next year, and I am eagerly waiting for it.
I am a big fan of car racing, and use the official steering wheel from Logitech- Driving Force GT Wheel for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.
You get feedback- and can "feel" the turns or the bumps, and have to exercise your muscles to control the beast.
But I have heard that G27 is even better.

You might see it that way now and I can understand your thinking.
However if you enjoy racing sims, the moment you use one if these wheels you'll wonder how you could have let yourself waste all that time using a controller when this was available!No, I'm not affiliated with fluidtek or logitech in any way, just love the G range of wheels. :)

Where can i find cheap g25 instead, and how much? I thought they're almost identical.
fluidtek had them for 229 but sold out as it it got replaced.
ill wait 1 year for the g27 to hit under $300 lol by then gt5 might finally be released
