You are right not the full course. Student's might not get great advantage out of the course. I hope this course will be of good help for small business owners to promote their products or services.
Maybe if it's relevant to the job you're applying for (eg. Growth hacker, social media marketing)
Just add in your skills section 'Experience in digital martketing', (or something like that) if its relevant to your job

Like with billions of other free AND paid courses this is just a broad insight into the field. Do not expect to be setting up online shops with accounting back-end and payment systems by the end of it.
