Why did you reply to yourself…

          Just thinking openly.

        • @boogaloo: hahah thank you

        • Lol!!

          @ozy: what u laughing at?

        • haha thanks for the Sunday comedy guys

        • @boogaloo: Maybe a male can help you post, or with the lame sexist comments.

  • is it the same? bunnings price beat. 10% off. $9!

  • Aren't mops meant to be used on floors?

Why then would you need "antibacterial" (whatever that means)?

    • +1

so you dont spread bacteria all over your home when you mop

That's what bleach and floor washing stuff is for. Once you add this to the bucket and put the mop in, this so called mop antibacterial thing means nothing. Google might say otherwise but that's my uneducated guess.

        • If you were to mop your house using just bleach, you would have a really pongy house and maybe some discoloured furniture, curtains or clothes you are even wearing.

The antibacterial isn't meant for cleaning. It's for after the mop has been used, rinsed, and is being stored wet. This is when the bacteria starts to multiply. The antibacterial helps reduce this.

        • helps reduce

Thats the key words, i'd be interested to see if it actually makes a difference (if at all)

      • There's bacteria on every surface in your house already. It doesn't pose a threat.

        • just depends on the type of bacteria. some are harmful

    • You don't think having bacteria free (relatively) floors is a good thing?

      • +1

Regular cleaning stuff / soap is antibacterial.

        • It's pretty pointless at best to use anti-bacterial since clean surfaces cannot support high numbers. It's not like there's anyone pointing to improving health outcomes and saying look, that's because of anti-bacterial floor cleaners.

Yet to see any evidence although it would be interesting to see some.

    • the reason it's antibacterial, according to the mop labelling, is "NO MORE SMELLY MOP"

Just used this mop the entire floor this afternoon, spent lots of time to pick dirt balls off the mop head, is there a quick way to remove those dirt balls?

Probably quickest one is popping in to Target to pick a new one!

    • Rinse it off in the bucket like a top loader.

Maybe vacuum first next time? o.O

  • Can you use these on wooden floors?

    • I use them on wooden floor regularly. Been doing it for few years already.

    When does the deal start?

  • got one today. thanks!!

even the lady at the register was surprised at price

    Didn't find in Target (Parramatta).
Anyone else saw it in Castle Hills or nearly store?

    • I didn't find it at target parra either. Instead just opposite the mops, I got a steam mop for $20.

Just bought at Target Bull Creek, WA, price on shelf was $15 but it scanned up as $7.50 (reduced from $10). 2 left on the shelf!
