Not a trustworthy company. You should steer clear. Signed up and paid for their lifetime access and upgrades, about a year into it they then decided they will not honor their agrement anymore. Many of their early supporters were screwed by this. I wouldn't trust a company that disregards their own agreements with their loyal customers, with my private passwords.
If you dont want to support this behaviour, you should check out lastpass or some of the other password managers out there.
