Cheers. Was just editing to say that I read the description now but can't anymore. Oh well. Seems fairly interesting…
How to calibrate?
BMI is rubbish…
http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/diet-and-fitness/the-big-pro…
You got a better system?
there's a few…..
For men, waist measurement is normally a better indication of overall health (unless underweight).
For any men lifting weights / adding muscle to their frame, BMI is null and void. Mine is nearly 26 and I have barely any fat on me!
Yeah, BMI is complete bunk because it only works on 95% of people.
did you spot that these use bio electrical impedance to estimate body composition as an alternative to using BMI ?
- that being said, Im not sure how accurate this technology is.
Not rubbish. Try reading the article again, especially the last line.
BMI is very useful for statistical measures. People who say BMI is useless are usually fatties in denial.Yes there are exceptions (e.g. professional athletes). For individuals, a tape measure is the better option.

Who are you calling FAT !!!
Will this do body fat percentage?
Edit: I see Body weight, Body fat, Body water, Muscle mass, BMI (body mass index), BMR (Kcal), Bone mass and Visceral fat.
will the body fat option do this?Read the specs on the link…
these scales are a joke.
why ?
Because when you step on these scales, they say "One person at a time please…"
What does the bluetooth do??
