    I purchased this same pack brand new, genuine one for about $36 shipped from Australia on ebay. i don't think this is a bargain at all :|

        When it comes local warranty and fast shipping, i believe it's a choose to have someone who can backups their sales.

          I purchased one in a previous deal that was DOA. To your credit, your prices are reasonable and shipping is fast, but your warranty policy where the buyer pays for return shipping on items that are DOA is wrong.

          I'm not going to neg this deal because of one bad experience, but I do feel that others should be made aware of this.

        I flitted through that seller's history and couldn't find a single mention of a Xiaomi power bank sale… so it's hard to tell without any feedback. You can definitely get these things cheaper than Mushtato prices, but Mushtato is confirmed local, real and selling genuine product.

    As a point of interest, this is an excellent price but not, in my view, the best Xiaomi power bank.

    I don't understand why, but this one functions in subtly different ways to the 10400mAh Xiaomi power banks I bought in Singapore. This one drops out regularly, and needs to be continually 'woken up' when charging devices - be they iPads and iPhones, or Xiaomi phones. It doesnt' auto-start charging when connected to a device, and I always find devices only part-charged after hours on this power bank, whereas they're fully charged on another Xiaomi power bank.

    All of the Xiaomi power banks I have pass all the tests and inspections and on-line authenticity number checks. I bought 10400mAh ones from a retailer in Singapore and my 16000mAh one from Mushtato. I believe they're all genuine Xiaomi product.

    I don't like the 1600mAh one, I wouldn't buy it again, I wish I'd just bought another 10400mAh.

      my 10400 one got stolen from my car, so i purchased a 16000mah one this time around. are you sure you didn't just a get a faulty one or a non genuine? do reviews say the 1600mAh one is crap? :|

        I bought my 16000mAh one from Mushtato via OzBargain and, as I said, I'm satisfied that it's genuine. It passes all the tests (appearance, functionality, moulded-in logos, packaging, labelling, serial numbers) that Xiaomi specify. I haven't read reviews, I'm speaking from my own first-hand experience with 10400mAh and 16000mAh devices.

          I've had none of the issues you've mentioned with my 16000mah. It always charges consistently and doesn't drop out. It's a beast.

      ONe thing about the 16000mAh power bank, is to use a 2.1A power adaptor for recharging, otherwise it's just really hard to recharge and won't charge to 100%

        I have no problem charging the power bank itself, OP. I'm using the USB ports on a Xiaomi power strip / power board to charge it, and the power bank charges fully and easily for me.

        It's just not very good, in my own experience, at passing on that charge to Mi and Apple devices.

          hmmm. Got me thinking I should get the 10400 over the 16000.
          Will be charging it overseas, mainly SE Asia. Intention is mainly to charge a Samsung S6..wonder how that combo will go.

      My 16000 can get charged and charges completely fine. My only complaint is that it's bulky. I would not recommend it unless you always carry around a bag

      There are very limited stock for other colors and most of them are fake.
      Since we cannot 100% sure they are (other colors) genuine and supply stable stock, we prefer not selling them than having worried customers.

    I cannot vouch for the product. I cannot vouch for the business or the rep as I have never purchased anything from them.
    But I can say this - I sent them a private message a couple of days ago - then BOOM! here they are with a deal…that tells me they are showing signs of care about the ozbargain community.
    Then this from their last post:
    "After a few test deliveries with AusPost eParcel, most of them did not survive the "Handle with care" process…
    As a result, for now, we won't be selling the Xiaomi Mi Scale.
    We are working on a possible solution for this product.
    If it works, we will put it on our website and post a deal here."

    It was upvoted as a comment 36 times and people commented on how responsible they appear to be as a seller.
    I don't know what I am saying….just it doesn't feel right to me the whole…'it was a couple of bucks cheaper at this place'. Some feel like they may have non genuine Xiaomi out there….this place (mushtato) feels legit to me and honest and caring. Just my 2 cents.
