Can anyone recommend me a car washing product that Autobarn stock to help remove some really firmly stuck tree sap/pollen?
I know that there may not be a product that makes the job incredibly easy but I currently do not own any sort of soap/detergeant for car washing so anything could be an improvement. For note - the car wash at Coles Express did not work on these marks.

i think autobarn have some autoglym bird wipes. gets rid of stubborn, sticky messes easily.
also get a spray detailer like meguiar's ultimate quick detailer for regular on the spot clean-ups.
Try getting some very wet rag or any wet paper towel and leave it on the stain for a few hours. Re wet as nessesary. The residue should soften and come right off. It's an old trick for fruit bat poo.
