  never buy anything from Geekbuying again , bought https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/154434 faulty , pay postage send it back to them they said they will send back to me when it fix ,waiting and waiting now they don't even reply my email .

    Agreed. My experience of geekbuying was equally bad. I believe that they sent one package, gave the same tracking number to multiple buyers, used the collection to 'prove' that the item had been delivered to me when it had never actually been shipped to me. I believe they're a scam, not a genuine store.

      As I've said before. Plenty of people have had flawless transactions, but the select few have had issues unfortunately. I will always try my best to get issues resolved, but that will only happen if people be reasonable and allow me to help.

  I had bought Asus zenfone 2 from them with 4GB ram but when Mobile was delivered it had 2GB ram. It took 15 days to deliver with DHL. Vendor is highly unreliable cannot trust what they are saying and what they are offering.

  Agree that buying from this company is a waste of time and money. Go elsewhere. Buy at your own risk! I tried it as I saw a deal on OzB but the item is faulty, my emails are not returned and live chat - they just say - we will help you but everyone is in a 'meeting' and do nothing!
