Watch Dogs is an open-world action adventure game in which you must use any means at your disposal to take down a corrupt system. Watch Dogs takes advantage of Wii U with a detailed and interactive map of Chicago to be displayed on the Wii U GamePad.
I wonder if we wait long enough, it will get down to $15 or so like AC3. I don't think they made many copies of it, as by the time it came out, Ubisoft had already decided to withdraw mainstream games from the Wii U and they didn't expect it to sell well.
