  Don't get scoot thru if connecting with another scoot flight, we did and they lost our bags and 2 mths worth of gear.
  No nothing from them apart from tell someone who cares and claim on travel insurance and that took several weeks of emails that were rarely responded to and phonecalls that were never returned.
  They wont even refund for scoot thru purchase or pay excess for insurance.
