I hate the iconic billing system. Basically if you have store credit due to a refund, then you cannot stack store credit with coupon codes.

So beware when choosing store credit for refunds, always get a cash refund if you want to take advantage of coupon codes.

Yes… i've had several arguments with these people around this. Its stupid and annoying!

      • I placed my order on Sunday night, before this deal came through. I found a 15% off order online (ICONIC15AP if anyone's interested), but if I'd held out I would have got 24% instead of 15%.

But you know what? I don't care! I've finally used up my ING vouchers (and my store credit for returning a $120 Hugo Boss belt that was a complete piece of bonded crap) and I'm glad I don't have to shop on this site any more.

Plus I got some new shose and undies, which is awesome. So thanks for the free stuff The Iconic, but thanks to the almighty for not making me navigate that stupid website any more!

Man, I sound so bitter and entitled. But that's my generation, #lol YoLo. I think that's how you do it.

The Iconic, if you're reading this, please allow store credit to stack with vouchers AND coupon codes, so that OzBargainers can get more for our bank account-bestowed buck.

I'm getting coupon code is not valid

Just realised this is only on selected styles.

    Also 10% cashback at cashrewards

  • +4

Can you please adjust the title? It's not 24% off "everything".

    • Yes, it's a misleading title, it's not off everything. "Coupon code is not valid".

For those who have it, don't forget the $50 cashback on $199 spend with Amex!

A lot of sale items have gone up significantly in price from a few days ago. The iconic is a bit of a con and annoying to shop from if you ask me.

They've increased a lot of their prices. How can this count as a sale?

  • lol.. Bellroy Note Sleeve - normally $89.95. Sale starts and it's now $99.95. Nice.

  • I think you get ripped off by 24% more than anything lol

  • Not bad if you combine with AMEX deal The Iconic Spend $100 or more, get $25 back

Call it no deal if prices are upped just before the sale.

  • Beware of ICONIC'S so called flash sales. The night before the 21st, and without knowing about the 24 hour sale (24% off NOT EVERY sale item, mind you as I was about to find out):- I ordered 2 watches (heavily discounted to $10 each, a designer bag heavily discounted to $15, some other items). Next day…found out about this sale, called ICONIC and asked them to halt the warehouse and cancel sale which they did. My refund was immediately returned - great point about Iconic - they are very efficient with refunds. I then went back to the site and began to order the very same stuff again and lo behold, they raise the prices of the items so that with the 24% discount I was worse off than the day before :( :( :( $10 designer watches were now $17.50!! Handbag was now no more the $15 but $28. So you go figure, after applying the 24% discount, I would have ended up paying more. They're not stupid. Besides when my total was tallied, the discount I got was so tiny I had to contact Helpdesk only to find out that "Maammm….not every sale item is discounted. Only applies to certain items"

    • The iconic have designer watches? For $10? Any chance you could link one? Cheers!

      • Ummmm…. probably not 'designer' by others' standards. No Rolex, no Piaget, no Longines. I call them designer because they were designed by someone with a name from goodness knows where - Italy?? But made in China I bet. They couldn't have been more than $100 to start with. Sorry for getting you fired up like that. Better you look up Iconic sale watches on their website, probably not what you expected.

  • Save your money for MYER's huge designer sale 75% off retail price…….

    • when/where is this?

Sorry, cannot seem to have the link underlined. Myer all over AU as of today 22nd April. But I'm not sure if this article is accurate, maybe should post on OzBargain.
I did get an invite from Myer today via email on further markdowns as of today, don't know if this is relating to the designer brands mentioned above, sale is on up to the 26th only. But they always say that, and still extend if not sold off from what I see.

      • Apparently people have already gone shopping today and got their bargains. Sale is legit. Sale is on. And I'm thinking about myself being there a few days ago and scouring the handbag section which were high priced, now they've gone down to 25%. By the time I make it on Friday, only the dregs left! Sorry, my previous last sentence was not right. When they say sale ends on the 26th, they mean it, not one day more. The only ones that keep continuing till sold are the red price racks (take a further 20 -30-50 % off the already reduced prices)- those just go on forever until sold off. Hope you get your bargains!:) :) :)
