Well the white one definitely has a larger heat sink compared to the launch PS4, so it will be less likely to have overheating issues. It's also got updated controllers with analogue rubber bits less likely to wear out.
I have never bought a preowned game, is there any risk of the disc being damaged?
Nothing wrong. I always buy pre-owned games. Just that maybe the online codes cannot be used anymore, if they are used by 1st owners.
If the disc of a pre-owned game is damaged and you take it back within 7 days (I think it's been bounced up to 10 days) then they will issue you a replacement copy of the same game for free.
Personally, I buy almost everything pre-owned for 'mad deelz, yo', and I have never once had an issue with anything I've bought from EB.
Garage sales pre-owned, though, is another story entirely, lol.
I got the deal and got a brand new sealed copy with the preowned sticker on it. He said that it didn't sell too well so they don't even have any preowned copies lol
More like $479 for the console, and $120 for the games. Target's eBay store has the white PS4 for $479 at the moment (and the black one for even less). Not a terrible deal, but not as good as made out in the OP.

A) The 5 best PS4 games? Let's just leave a couple of those as hugely arguable (COUGH ORDER 1886 COUGH 63 METACRITIC COUGH), it's just that I don't see InFamous there.
B) Now it may not be the best deal in the world, but if you're not after the mediocre game on this list or Mortal Kombat or a white PS4 too desperately, you can go for this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/190579 for $120 less.
