Not sure how can you be certain about it. I called the store this morning and even they were unable to say whether the stock was Australian or grey.
site says Australian stock with local warranty so I think it's.

It's the same model as DWI is selling, who sell grey import stock, so I wouldn't 100% count on it.
12 month warranty that covers the phone would imply that it's not Australian stock
