I came across this offer yesterday at the Forest Hill Chase shopping center. It was easy and free to register and I collected the $10 gift card straight away. I used mine on Subway, and the mrs used on fruits at the Colonial. Here is a cut n paste:

    Once signed up, all they ask at the service counter (L2) is your email address to validate before handing over a lunch box with the $10 gift card in it, as well as a list of participating eateries/stores.
