Good price for a 8" Tablet, Officeworks has already dropped to price to match so no price match.

.. bummer ..
Sorry, not a bargain. It was $188 pick up (+$5 for delivery) from TGG with the Ebay CTECH code, and 4 months ago it was $199 at TGG as well.
So "WAS".
Links?
From what I see TGG raised their prices.
Therefore this is technically a bargain because it is the current cheapest price.
It is always a grey area when it comes to cheapest current prices vs bargain.
I can clearly say no Logitech G27 Steering wheels are a bargain now after I got a few for $29 a few years ago. lol.
Yeah I also got the 360 Rockband drums kits for $15 from DSE.
K well the CTECH sale only ended yesterday which is why I raised it, but if the community wants to revoke the neg that's fine, doesn't bother me. I just don't consider this a bargain.

It ends Thursday.
I think he means before they jack the price to $279 before 20% now.
For anyone purchased this model tablet, please check the screen carefully. I had first one with the problem of light spot, swap it with new one, second one has dead pixel on screen. Shocking for the quality of Samsung. I have to change it again… Looks like Samsung discontinue this model for some reasons.
Dead Pixels are part of nature of the LCD manufacture process which Samsung themselves cannot prevent without making the tablet alot more expensive. If they inspected every single screen they will need to add ALOT more overhead costs due to the time spent on looking at every screen.
You are talking the technology in 90s. Nowadays, many companies offer zero dead pixel guarantee. Such as DELL that is way its monitor is so poplar. Also Samsung in Korea also offers zero dead pixel guarantee. Why OZs pay high dollars and get low quality. I did check dead pixel policy on Samsung. If one or more than one on general lcd for phone or tablet, Samsung will replace or repair the screen. In my case, retailer replaces a new one for me. It is good for brand new companies and retailers offer dead pixel replacement. On the other hand, the manufacture processing is improving recently as highest level clearance of LCD panel lab. I had many device in the past few years, hardly have problem with LCD dead pixel or light spot. Just shocking for me as two LCD faulty in a row for the big brand company. Maybe I need buy lotto this week.

No thanks.
